Nano has always been a pretty popular cryptocurrency. Although it has yet to reach its full potential, a new tuner tool has been developed. Starting this week, it becomes possible to tip Twitter users with nano. This new tipbot will undoubtedly attract a lot of attention moving forward.

Getting cryptocurrency into the hands of consumers is a difficult battle. Most people know what cryptocurrencies are, but they won’t necessarily buy it themselves. Despite the growing interest in this new form of money, there’s still a very long way to go. With Nano’s new tipbot, that situation may come to change sooner rather than later.

The Nano Tipbot has Arrived

To put this into perspective cryptocurrency tipping has been quite popular. Over the past few years, we have seen various services pop up and disappear. These are usually community-funded efforts which usually run out of donations. Whether or not the nano tipbot solution will fare different, remains to be determined. It does appear users can send money to one another directly, which is a positive development.

What is even more appealing is how this solution focuses on the Twitter platform. Millions of people rely on this platform every day. As such, it is a great way to raise more awareness about Nano. This relatively new cryptocurrency is still trying to solidify its place in the industry as we speak.

With tips being processed in mere seconds, Nano currently achieves a goal Bitcoin cannot. With Bitcoin, sending tips over Twitter would take minutes, if not longer. It would also be a bit too expensive to send small amounts. Nano is a very different creature in this regard, albeit it doesn’t have the clout of Bitcoin. It will be interesting to see how popular this new service becomes in the coming months.
